Crane Construction Company LLC is owned by four individuals, each of who has over twenty-five years of hands on construction experience. These four individuals each work "hands-on" for a limited group of Clients. This concept is rather unusual in the construction industry, as the principals of a construction firm of our size seldom serve so intimately on their projects, personally executing the project from beginning to end as opposed to being passed along to a hierarchy of corporate personnel - some of which may have little to no experience.

While this can be looked upon as restraining to our growth, we have intentionally structured our Company to fill a niche in the marketplace, providing the highest level of service and expertise available to a limited number of Clients.

Crane Construction Company LLC is accustomed to working in a “team” environment where Crane, the Owner, and the Designers, in a collaborative effort, interchange ideas towards meeting the overall goals of the project within the guidelines set forth by the Owner at the onset of each project. We accomplish this in great measure during the pre construction phase when various design alternatives and methods are evaluated with an eye towards completing the project in the least amount of time and at the least possible cost, without compromising aesthetic concerns and long term performance of the design elements.
